Every event has a crew working behind the scenes to make everything run as planned. From the concessions stand to the guy dragging the track between competitors. These people simply go unnoticed or unappreciated as long as everything goes smoothly! Our photo of the day is a salute to the "Tractor Guy" at the Triple Cross Ranch, JP Gonzales! The Triple Cross Ranch kicked off their new saddle series on Saturday with a day filled with horses and competition. Riders of all levels competed in several classes for points and a chance of winning a beautiful saddle. Its a great series full of entertainment and fun. On a searing summer morning, deep in the heart of Texas, young riders of all levels came together to face off against some of the meanest bulls around. The Cleburne Youth Rodeo serves as summer fun to some, but to others its a training ground to get to the pro circuit. In the short span of eight seconds, each rider proved to be tougher than the bull and brave beyond their years. This photograph was taken moments before a nightmare ride that ended in a breathtaking wreck. We hope you're ok. Let us know.  Photo of the day comes to us from the recent Mounted Shootout event at the Texas State Fair. Cowboys and Cowgirls loaded up their pistols and took aim on the competition. It was a three day event full of action, black powder and guts with some of the best in the sport. Our featured rider is Jessica Harrell on Jet from Monroe, Louisiana, with great skill and old west style, riders like her made the three day event fun and exciting to watch.
