New Rule Clarification for The American Rodeo in Place for Barrel Racing and Barrel Racer Kassie Mowry and her Two Horses Epic Guy and CP He Will Be Epic

PRESS RELEASE: March 5, 2021 - Fort Worth, Texas – RFD-TV’s The American Rodeo in conjunction with Better Barrel Races, announced today they have made a rule clarification.  In the first time in its eight year history, there is one person who is going into her third performance with two horses in the Top 10.  ​

In the event Barrel Racer Kassie Mowry has both times stay in the Top 10, she will advance both horses to The American Rodeo at AT&T Stadium this weekend and take her shot at the $1 million dollar bonus.

“This is a very exciting development that has never happened. If Kassie believed enough in both of her horses to enter both and pay entry fees on both, she surely should be able to compete on each of them,” said Randy Bernard, The American Rodeo CEO. “It’s no easy feat to make it this far on one horse let alone two so this will make history if it happens and we wish her the best of luck.”
